Olivia, Odetta, Vincent, Lewie, Abigail, Pudgy cat, Uma, Joseph, Sal Minea, Christopher, Charlie, Moby, Ellie, Julio, Zeus the Moose, Widdle and Rosie have been adopted for the month of February!

Punch, PJ, Pebbles, Judy, Wally, Joey, Bruno, Kayla, Natasha, Isis, Ginger and Molly have all been adopted for the month of January!

Give gifts that are in the true spirit of the season! Give donations to local non-profits in honor of loved ones: support local non-profits and receive beautiful gift cards. Purchase gifts such as jewelry, weavings, etc that make a difference by supporting fair trade, third world artisans and non-profits.

Local artist, Dorothy Dawson-Sheldon has created a desktop-sized landscape calendar using photos from all aspects of services CATSS covers for the event. Calendars are $25.00 with 100% of the proceeds go to the organization.

Community Action to Save Strays (CATSS) is sponsoring a free feral cat trapping class at the Oberlin Public Library craft room on Wednesday, September 21 at 6:00 PM. We will go over the basic steps of how to successfully trap a cat that you have determined is homeless, how to sign up to borrow a humane trap from CATSS, what to do when you have trapped an animal, and answer any questions you may have. We will show you how to set up and bait a trap, and how to safely release an unintended capture (raccoon, opossum, woodchuck, neighbor cat). It happens.

Today was Oberlin College's 15th annual Day of Service! CATSS was one of the participating sites for the day and had ten incoming Oberlin College students help clean up the kitten corral and organize our supplies!
